.: Hardware Installations Technician

Job Description
Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is currently looking for an installation technician. The job will involve install Point of Sale (POS) systems, configuring terminals and work stations with network/software settings. The position will also include working with DSL/Cable internet connections and wireless connections to security. The position will involve installing digital video recorders with network/software settings. Upon completion of installation, the position requires training of restaurant managers and staff.

Job Requirements

• A+ and MCP
• Windows operating systems (Windows 98, NT 4.0 and Windows XP
• Experience in building a PC from scratch
• Experience in troubleshooting network, hardware and software
• Ability to use power tools and climb ladders
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Description
Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is currently looking for candidates for the phone support department who have basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems for restaurants. The position includes troubleshooting over the phone for clients and supporting the technical department.

Job Requirements

• Must have general computer knowledge including Windows operating systems
• Windows 98, NT 4.0 and XP
• Must have excellent phone skills
• Sound understanding of restaurant accounting is a plus

.: Field Technician

Job Description
Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is currently looking for a field technician.. The job will involve helping install Point of Sale (POS) systems and maintaining the system after install. Duties will include but are not limited to troubleshooting and repair of PC’s, touchscreen computer terminals, receipt printers, and basic windows network issues. The company provides a fully stocked van for the technician to use for servicing sites.

Job Requirements

• Windows operating systems (Windows 98, NT 4.0, 2K and Windows XP)
• Experience in building a PC from scratch
• Experience in troubleshooting network, hardware and software
• Ability to use power tools and climb ladders
• Have a valid Florida Drivers License and a clean driving record

Bonus Qualifications

Job Description
The Pinnacle Sales Representative will be responsible for generating direct sales of our profit oriented products within their assigned sales territory. Duties would involve telephone appointments, direct cold-calls, product demonstrations and trade show participation. Pinnacle provides training for product knowledge as well as field sales training at our corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. Pinnacle provides all related marketing materials including demonstration equipment. Compensation programs include training compensation, Salary plus commission and bonus as well as high straight commission / draw. .: Senior Account Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Representative to sell the Positouch Software and Hardware Platforms to Food Service Operations in the Naples/Ft Myers and Sarasota/St. Petersburg areas. The Senior Account Representative calls on Table Service, Quick Serve, and Delivery restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, and country clubs in their area. In addition to POSitouch, the Senior Account Representative is also responsible for selling our other value added restaurant technology products, including Digital Video Surveillance, Gift Cards and Loyalty Programs, and a liquor monitoring system. Direct sales experience to the Food Service/ Hospitality industry is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of POSitouch or other industry recognized products.

Job Requirements

• Prospect, canvass and solicit opportunities within the restaurant/hospitality markets
• Conduct all client negotiations including product solution, contract terms, and pricing
• Create sales plan and forecast sales opportunities to meet and exceed our goals
