At age 14, he started his hospitality career in a New York City eatery. He went on to work as a busboy, a server and a line cook before he earned his degree from New York University. When Sam opened his second restaurant (he also owns the popular and award winning Weston Diner) he knew what his concept should be. He wanted people to sit down and have a home cooked meal at an affordable price.
That is why he offers family-friendly favorites all day. For breakfast, diners can choose from menu items like pancakes or one of a dozen omelets.. The Blue Moon lunch list includes an array of salads, wraps and delicious burgers. The dinner menu has staples like meatloaf and New York…all chef prepared. Diners come from all around the area to get that home cooked comfort food. This popular spot continues to be a hometown favorite.

Employee Spotlight - Jose RIVERA
Customer Service/Credit Card Specialist
Jose has been with Pinnacle since December 2007. He is a full time employee who works in customer service. He has become our credit card specialist who spearheads all credit card processor changes and upgrades. He uses his expertise to help train the rest of the team on all matters credit card. He is excellent in helping our existing customer base with top of the line support for whatever problems or questions they have with their POS system. Jose has his Associates Degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Networking.
When not here at the office, Jose enjoys his time with his wife Keren of 4 years and their beautiful little girl, Kaley, who will turn 3 in December. Although Kaley keeps them very busy, Jose really enjoys fishing whenever he can get the time. He also likes to play PlayStation and use some of his technical skills and knowledge to master the video game world. |
