Graeme Dutton had a vision of a Scottish style Bar and Grille as he enjoyed in his native Scotland. He purchased a sports bar east of downtown and gave it a go. The locations had failed three previous times with three different owners and concepts. Graeme had lived in the area for seven years and knew he could turn it around. His plan was simple. Remodel and clean the place up. Bring in a professional to produce a superior food product. Then stay on top of service. IT WORKED! Customer counts and satisfaction rose immediately.
There was still a problem. Based on the counts and his per person average, business was up at Pipers, just not in the cash drawer. Graeme knew he was losing hundreds of dollars a day through lack of control. To solve the problem, he contacted Pinnacle Hospitality System for a consultation. After evaluating several companies and options, he installed Capton Beverage Tracker for the bar and POSitouch POS for the business.
Graeme was able to document a $6,288.86 increase in sales with the same cost of goods the first month he had the Capton System behind the bar.
