For a special place to dine, Shuckers Bar & Grill in North Bay Village, Florida has been a Miami restaurant icon and a locals' favorite for over 20 years, voted "Best Waterfront View" by NBC Locals Choice 2009. Located on 79th Street's Restaurant Row in Miami Beach, Shuckers features outdoor dining on a dock over Biscayne Bay. With great food and scenic dining, Shuckers was also voted "Best Affordable Waterfront Dining" and "Best Sports Bar" by Miami New Times. The outdoor restaurant serves an array of appetizers, seafood and wings and offers boat dockage so customers can arrive by land or by sea on wave runners, sailboats or motor yachts.

Employee Spotlight - Seth Polino

Inside Sales Position Consultant

Seth Polino has been with Pinnacle Hospitality Systems since October 2008 and has recently moved into a new position as Inside Sales Consultant, in which he is responsible for selling Dinerware throughout the state and other parts of the country as well as marketing Pinnacle’s products to the existing customer database. Prior to this position, Seth was Account Manager for Dinerware. Seth has always been in the hospitality industry and before arriving at Pinnacle Hospitality Systems, he was either running restaurants or selling restaurants. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family including his two children, 4 years old and 2 years old.

Helpful Hints from Pinnacle

POSitouch Tip: Our VDU/paperless kitchen options is a like a browser that allows the kitchen staff to view up to 8 pending orders at a time from a flat monitor. The monitor displays detailed orders including the age of the order and the total of the orders. This eliminates the cost of ink, ribbon, and printer paper and printer maintenance while allowing the kitchen staff to maximize production.

Dinerware Tip: The bar tab feature is intended for use in fast-paced bar and nightclub scenarios to allow the customer to open a tab yet retain physical possession of their card. The activation of bar tabs enables credit card pre-authorizations for a pre-determined amount. This functionality will prevent the use of expired or cancelled card “walk outs” on open tabs.
