When Offerdahl's decided to give their customers the ability to order online from their website they contacted their longtime point-of-sale provider, Pinnacle Hospitality Systems. Offerdahl's uses the POSitouch touch screen point-of-sale and restaurant management system along with wireless touch screen handheld terminals in all four six of their South Florida locations. In order to develop a web based graphical user interface that would interface with POSitouch, Pinnacle partnered with the leader in online ordering systems, Big Holler. Together, Pinnacle and Big Holler implemented an on-line ordering process at Offerdahl's that is both easy to use and time saving for the consumer.
