Pinnacle Hospitality Systems was featured in the September 13, 2010 issue of Restaurant Daily News to promote their appearance at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show that ran from September 12 to 14 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Pinnacle ran a full page color ad and banner ad in the restaurant trade publication, along with the following interview.

RDN: What is Pinnacle Hospitality Systems' main line of business?

DP: Our challenge is to keep customers up to date with technology. We're looking into wireless handheld terminals, digital menu boards, interfacing to social media networks and web-based alert systems to help restaurateurs keep an eye on what's going on at all times. 

RDN: Tell us about your overall objectives, plans, products, promotions, etc.
DP: We'd like to invite restaurateurs to talk with our sales consultants to see if there are any areas you'd like to discuss to improve operations or eliminate the 'profit killers' that may exist in your restaurant. All of our sales representatives come from extensive hospitality backgrounds and they are trained to help you improve your bottom line profit.
