DP: Our challenge is to keep customers up to date with technology. We're looking into wireless handheld terminals, digital menu boards, interfacing to social media networks and web-based alert systems to help restaurateurs keep an eye on what's going on at all times. 

RDN: Tell us about your overall objectives, plans, products, promotions, etc.
DP: We'd like to invite restaurateurs to talk with our sales consultants to see if there are any areas you'd like to discuss to improve operations or eliminate the 'profit killers' that may exist in your restaurant.
