ITFLorida is a public private partnership consisting of elected and appointed government officials from both major corporations and small businesses who assist the state’s Congressional Delegation, the Governor, the Legislature and other economic development organizations.

Recap of Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show 2008

The 2008 Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show was a visionary success for Pinnacle Hospitality Systems. Pinnacle featured and displayed POSitouch and Dinerware technologies each at their respective booth spaces and generated quite a stir while performing demonstrations and interacting with booth visitors and spectators. The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show took place in Orlando, Florida.

Among featured hospitality industry technologies was Ice Monitor. Ice Monitor is a surveillance system that when interfaced with POSitouch point of sale software captures and stores sales and visual data to provide visual accountability for loss prevention techniques. As items are entered into your POS system, the Ice Monitor surveillance system records them simultaneously, virtually eliminating loss! This technology drastically eliminates losses, and managers can return to their restaurants on a Monday and review the weekend events to contrast the sales with the visual footage.
