Alvaro Masis is a field technician in charge of the Miami-Dade area and has been a part of the Pinnacle Hospitality Systems family since 2005. Prior to Pinnacle, Alvaro worked at a variety of companies in the technology industry. Always looking for new things to learn in the tech field, point of sale systems was one more thing Alvaro wanted to add to the list.
