    Employee Spotlight - Kevin Woodall

    Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is recognizing Kevin Woodall with the 15 Year Award. Woodall is the only salesperson to have received this prestigious award. The award was designed to reward the recipient for a long-term, mutually beneficial working partnership.
    By receiving the 15 Year Award, Woodall has received a $1500 travel voucher that may be used to travel to the destination of his choosing. Woodall has been with Pinnacle Hospitality Systems for fifteen years, working tirelessly to close deals and help the business grow.

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems was selected as a strategic partner because of its successful twenty plus years experience working with POSitouch and having established a strong 24 x 7 continuous customer support and help desk operation.
     
    This strategic partnership will allow iControl to focus on further product development and enhancements while Pinnacle Hospitality Systems will focus on iControl marketing and customer support. Their combined efforts will ensure that iControl Enterprise will continue to be the web based leader to POSitouch clients for many years to come.     Helpful Hints for POSitouch & Dinerware

    POSitouch: If you are encountering problems with employees showing up in the labor scheduler, check to make sure that you have not checked the template flag in the employee record.
    Dinerware: If you are unable to accept payment on a check, check to make sure you are assigned to the cash drawer of that specific terminal.
