Luxury Bowling Lanes With Dinner Lounges Strike Miami & Dallas

SplitsvilleThe Millennium Management Group announces the openings of two new Splitsville locations-Miami, Florida and Dallas, Texas. The Tampa-based Millennium Management Group also owns Stumps Supper Club, Tinatapas, and Howl at the Moon in Channelside. The Millennium Management Group has invested in the uniquely, creative and palatable restaurant concept that is Splitsville, and its expansion shows that the theme is catching on!

The theme of Splitsville is an innovative and upscale bowling/bar/restaurant compact.  With twelve bowling lanes, billiards, multiple bars and topped off with a full-service dining lounge. There is never a shortage of entertainment when you visit any Splitsville location!

The center is broken up into three main areas- each with pool tables, lounge areas, 4 bowling lanes and a separated dining area. This interior design is ideal for private parties or companies having simultaneous private parties who wish to remain in their own group.  Splitsville is the ideal venue for a great night out with friends and family.

Employee Spotlight - Tom Politis

Sales/Account Manager for Dinerware Restaurant POS in Orlando, Florida

Main Content Inline Small

I joined Pinnacle Hospitality Systems in 2007, and have been with the company a little over two years now. Prior to Pinnacle, I worked as a broker for an independent IBM business partner purchasing and selling the AS400 series servers. I really love working here at Pinnacle because of the tight-knit team we have and the competitiveness.

Pinnacle is constantly looking for ways to make our sales teams more successful and I really like that. The time and investment they put into training us with the Pinnacle sales training by Don Potter and giving us the right tools to become a success says a lot about a company. In the hospitality industry, it is vital to have the capacity to meet the demands of our customers, which are often short notice and vital to their business, and Pinnacle works as a well oiled machine, with superior group effort to effectively meet those needs. It is really nice to come to work every day and know you work for a great company and sell a product you believe in. I could not imagine working anywhere else but here at Pinnacle.

What you do not know CAN hurt you- PCI Compliance is a must

It has become common for hackers to target retail systems.  For that reason, it is necessary for you to operate your restaurant POS system according to PCI compliance guidelines.  If your business fails to operate according to these standards, you could lose money to these hackers and not even be aware of the problem.

Loss prevention is the main purpose of a POS system, and to ensure that it is functioning optimally, communicate with your POS system provider to make sure your POS system is not storing sensitive data.  Hackers are able to obtain magnetic stripe coded data, and sell it over the internet.  Retailers are often unaware that the information is being stored on their POS systems to begin with.  Data security is a chief priority for merchants in the retail and hospitality industry.

60% of consumers will not revisit the business where the theft originated.  The cost of protecting this data is the cost of doing business.

Sixty percent is an alarming figure, especially when compared to the frequency of this type of preventable and costly theft.  So you should ask yourself, is my POS system PCI Compliant?  Remember that a point of sale system is only as functional as the software you purchase, comparable to differing classes of vehicles.  Contact Pinnacle Hospitality Systems today to discover how we can help you to prevent profit losses and potential vulnerabilities to hacking.
