The remarkable system gives restaurateurs the ability to command their businesses remotely from an Apple iPhone. Restaurant owners can use the iPhone application to watch live video footage of transactions that take place. This allows owners to focus on transactions that may raise red flags - such as deletes, discounts or no sales to make sure all businesses are running smoothly.
Pinnacle Hospitality Systems presents ICE Monitor Network Video Recorder to provide digital video surveillance anywhere in the restaurant. Cameras are mounted on the ceiling or walls to record clear video clips that are linked directly to your POSitouch system.
Geovision Video Surveillance capture cards integrate seamlessly with Pinnacle Hospitality Systems’ POSitouch software to bring video clips right to your ICE Monitor application. If you want to see who cancelled an order on a certain date and time, simply open the ICE Monitor application to search the system transaction log. Pick the date and time to view a 30 to 60 second video clip on your back office monitor. You can also view transactions and live feeds on your iPhone with the new Geovision iPhone application called GV-iView, available on the Apple iTunes store.
