POSitouch Accounting Interface
Pinnacle allows you to interface POSitouch with your accounting system via one of two methods:
iControl POSintegration
The iControl POSintegration allows you to interface POSitouch with the following accounting systems/modules:
- Great Plains payables and sales
- Cyma payables, sales and account receivables
- Solomon payables and sales
- Quick Books payables and sales
- Peachtree payables and sales
iControl POSintegration features include:
- Integratation of your POSitouch sales and payables data and import to your accounting package
- The interface validates the data to make sure vendors exist, there is not a duplication of data, account numbers match etc
- Easy to use, seamless integration
InControl iPOS: POSitouch integration with Quick Books
The InControl iPOS allows you to interface POSitouch with the following Quick Books modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable.
InControl iPOS features include:
- Easily transfer your POSitouch sales journal, house charges and purchase orders to QuickBooks.
- Make an accurate, balanced general journal entry into QuickBooks from your POSitouch system when you use iPOS.
- Easy to setup and even easier to use.
- No file import/export routines, simply select the date from the screen and send it directly into QuickBooks.
