Teppan Table Management Software
Teppan Table Management is a POSitouch XML Interface created by Midnight Express. The XML Interface reads xml files created by POSiTouch® and may perform a multitude of functions based on these xml files.
Functions include:
Portions are generated through storage of ingredients in a separate database. After reading an xml send-order portions are generated against this database and a prep slip is pulled back in by POSiTouch
- Table Maps for Japanese Steakhouses
Through a user program button servers may send table maps to a Windows Printer from any terminal (including thin client). These orders are also based on the xml send order.
- Item Sales from a touch screen
Through a user program button a user may query the database for item sales from the current day. The items could be queried by major cat, cost center, and user. The results may be displayed on screen or sent to a POS printer.
Using XML send order a prep printout may be re-formatted and printed at a POSiTouch® printer.
Using XML Out Files from the POS, labels may be printed to a Windows Printer. Fields, Font, Label Size, etc. are customizable.
A background may also be used. The labels may be triggered by send order, print check, or close check.
Using XML Close check and the POSiTouch Club-Account Module, Customer Purchases may be tracked. This module tracks new purchases of designated menu items as well as provides a system to report club members and their reward history. Reward levels are defined producing slips to be printed at POS printers. Mag Cards may also be used to provide lookups via a user-program button as well as conventional POSiTouch Acct Club lookup.
- Web Ordering Interface to SlipStream
XML Interface will perform CC authorizations through SlipStream before importing the orders into the POS. It can also monitor out of stock items to alert the web site if orders are unavailable.
