Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is able to configure a robust solution for your hotel by interfacing POSitouch Table Service in the hotel restaurant with your hotel’s property management system.
POSitouch Table Service gives hotel restaurants the following table service features:
- Banking can be setup to be done by a server or charged to the room
- Create separate checks quickly and easily
- Void/deletion tracking
- Simply enter the table number or select the table from a picture to start an order
- Touch screen layout (button size and color) is configurable
- Flexible menu and price functionality allows you to configure by workstation, day of week and time of day - perfect for happy hours
- Bar terminals are available
- Bar tab capabilities include credit card pre-authorization and tab functionality via name assignment
- Video security system interface allows you to record items ordered with video.
- Automatic printer redirection.
- Order routing combines like items and sends them to the appropriate prepping station
- Expedite printer or video monitor display.
- Change routing schemes at any time
Add-on modules:
Dining Room Management Module - This module allows managers to configure the restaraunt layout and obtain tabletop updates with the touch of a screen. Enabling your managers to view table turns in real time will translate to increased ROI and customer satisfaction
Reporting module - The robust integrated reporting module offers many standard reports and also integrates with third party reporting packages to create customized reports
Inventory module - Offers controls for item movement to track contribution to margin and overall profit ability of items sold. Manage suppliers, generate purchase orders, receive purchases and record transfers in and out from this module.
Credit Card Authorization - This module is a comprehensive solution for POS data and credit authorization.
Labor Management - This module allows you to track time and attendance for payroll and scheduling. Integration of labor information with sales data allows for customer profiling and creation of frequent dining programs
