Bar Management Features Include:

• Rolling minimal birth date shown on screen for required drinking age.
• Tabs can be started by the swipe of a customer’s credit card including name.
• Multiple checks can be cashed out at once.
• 55 Menu items on one screen with check on display.  The most available in the industry.
• Left or right handed screens for quick bartender access.

• Touch points can have bit map pictures for Icon placements.

The Inventory Tracking Module allows you to employ accurate data when managing your inventory and purchasing.

• Recipe Creation - Track all of the items that are needed to create each menu item, allowing you to manage purchase and usage of those materials
• Variance Tracking - Compare physical inventory to point of sale usage to determine any issues that need management attention
• Generate Purchase Orders Automatically - Create purchase orders based on minimum inventory level order points. Purchase order creation allows you to automatically track the items that have been delivered or were backordered quickly and easily.

Wireless Ordering 
The wireless ordering functionality for skybox service is provided by interfacing Symbol handheld computers with the POSitouch software system. Symbol handheld computers offer the following functionality:
