Are you currently working in the restaurant industry but hate the hours? Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to install and train clients on our POS systems. Work with other former restaurant industry professionals from our Jacksonville, Fla., office. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with new client installations and training
  • Answer user inquiries regarding clients’ POS systems
  • Will be trained to troubleshoot and resolve POS issues
  • Maintain detailed records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken in our CRM

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Direct experience in the restaurant industry working as a manager, bar manager, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • A willingness to learn the troubleshooting process
  • Able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor on the phone and in front of clients
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects

Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Are you currently working in the restaurant industry but hate the hours? Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional in the Naples area to serve as an Installations and Service Technician, to install and service our clients’ POS systems, as well as provide on-site or remote training to users.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Working knowledge of computer networks
  • Basic computer repair knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
  • Experience with restaurant POS a plus
  • Direct experience in the restaurant industry working as a manager, bar manager, or equivalent

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repair hardware/software involved in service calls
  • Collect and secure payment for all billable work completed
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on sites in the designated service area

Bilingual Installations Coordinator

Job Description

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a bilingual restaurant professional to work on our Installations Team to manage the flow of the installations process from start to finish. Work with other former restaurant industry professionals in our relaxed and fun corporate office located in Fort Lauderdale.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule training, installation, and live coverage for each new customer
  • Set the proper expectations with each customer of how our installation process works
  • Collect and organize all necessary data from each customer for their installation, including VAR sheets, menus, etc.
  • Work with Logistics and Accounting to coordinate staging and payment confirmation
  • Manage labor resources through CRM database
  • Maintain detailed log of communications through CRM database
  • Manage installations time lines with customers and Project Managers. Resolve any time conflicts with proper management in a timely manner

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced role
