Job Description

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to work on our Help Desk, troubleshooting issues for our clients on their POS systems. Work with other former restaurant industry professionals in a relaxed and fun work environment in Orlando.

Responsibilities:

  • Take direct service calls for installed base of customers
  • Answer user inquiries regarding clients’ POS systems
  • Will be trained to troubleshoot to be able to resolve POS issues
  • Must maintain detailed records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken in our CRM

Qualifications:

  • Prior Help Desk or support experience
  • A willingness to learn the troubleshooting process

Human Resources Specialist

Job Description

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is seeking a part-time Human Resources Specialist to work in our Fort Lauderdale office. Pinnacle is a leading POS reseller, specializing in technology solutions for the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter bi-weekly payroll information
  • Audit monthly bills with payroll deductions
  • Enroll/terminate new hires with all carriers
  • Administer new hire paperwork
  • Order background check and drug screening for new hires
  • Setup and manage projects within our payroll/human resources platform
  • Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of payroll software, including QuickBooks and Paylocity
  • Understanding of COBRA
  • Previous work experience in a Human Resources role
  • Ability to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
  • SHRM Certified a plus
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus

The Pinnacle Hospitality Restaurant Technology Consultant will manage direct sales of our profit-oriented products within the assigned territory by generating lists of prospective clients through research, cold-calling, and professional networking.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate lists of prospective clients through research, cold-calling, and professional networking
  • Collaborate with sales team members and directors to share industry and sales “best practices”
  • Work with local networking groups to build industry contacts
  • Participate in product demonstrations and trade shows
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue booking goals
  • Understand the competitive landscape to determine strategic sales growth
  • Record all targeted prospects and opportunities in CRM database

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Field Service Technician

Job Description

Are you currently working in the restaurant industry but hate the hours? Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to serve as a Field Service Technician to install and service our clients’ POS systems.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Working knowledge of computer networks
  • Basic computer repair knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
  • Experience with restaurant POS a plus

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

  • Professional appearance
  • Repair hardware/software from devices involved in service calls
  • Collect and secure payment for all billable work done
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on sites in the designated service area
  • Maintain accurate company and customer inventories
  • Maintain and keep clean company vehicle and work space


Physical Demands:

  • Lifting and carrying upwards to 50 pounds
