Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Are you currently working in the restaurant industry but hate the hours? Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to install and service our POS systems, and provide on-site training to our customers. Work with other former restaurant industry professionals in the Naples/Ft. Myers area.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform new customer installations and training
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance in designated service area
  • Correct hardware/software issues on service calls
  • Collect and secure payment for billable work performed
  • Maintain accurate company and customer inventories
  • Must maintain detailed records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken in our CRM
  • Willingness to learn the troubleshooting process
  • Answer user inquiries regarding the POS system
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor on the phone and in front of customers
  • Maintain company vehicle and work space

Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in the restaurant industry, working as a manager, bar manager, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with POS systems, POSitouch a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Working knowledge of computer networks
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus
  • Have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Lifting and carrying upwards to 50lbs
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND ON-CALL

Are you currently working in the restaurant industry but hate the hours? Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to serve as a Field Service Technician to install and service our clients’ POS systems.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
  • Working knowledge of computer networks
  • Basic computer repair knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
  • Experience with restaurant POS a plus

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

  • Professional appearance
  • Repair hardware/software from devices involved in service calls
