Fort Lauderdale:
IT Manager

Job Description

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for all aspects of managing the company’s internal IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, phone system, office software, and databases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation and support for phone system
  • Corporate and branch office support on internal hardware and software
  • Corporate and branch office support on internal firewalls
    Maintain and ensure all internal networks, operating systems, and hardware remain PCI compliant
    Maintain existing CRM reports and develop new reports as needed
  • Maintain and support Bomgar connectivity tool
  • Maintain and support internal and external anti-virus software
  • Remote desktop and email support
  • Assist Help Desk and Field Service Technicians as needed
  • Special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows networks and servers, and Microsoft operating systems
  • Proven ability in technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware and software systems
  • Extensive hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects

Installations Coordinator

Job Description

Pinnacle Hospitality Systems is looking for a restaurant professional to work on our Installations Team to manage the flow of the installations process from start to finish. Work with other former restaurant industry professionals in our relaxed and fun corporate office located in Fort Lauderdale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule training, installation, and live coverage for each new customer
  • Set the proper expectations with each customer of how our installation process works
  • Collect and organize all necessary data from each customer for their installation, including VAR sheets, menus, etc.
  • Work with Logistics and Accounting to coordinate staging and payment confirmation
  • Manage labor resources through CRM database
  • Maintain detailed log of communications through CRM database
  • Manage installations time lines with customers and Project Managers. Resolve any time conflicts with proper management in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced role
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor on the phone

  • Will be trained to troubleshoot to be able to resolve POS issues
