Emergency - Mission Critical

What qualifies as a "Mission Critical" Call?

  • System Down
  • Credit Cards Down
  • ALL Printers Down
  • ALL VDU's Down

Follow these steps:

  1. CALL 1-800-771-7100
  2. Press the "2" key
  3. Press the "#" key

If you do not have internet service or power, you will need to contact your internet service provider and/or your power utility company.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Reboot. If you have a down device, credit cards, even a report issue, try restarting the device, computer to resolve the issue. To restart the credit card readers, hold down the yellow and # key.
  2. Make sure all devices are powered on.
  3. Make sure all cables are plugged in securely. You can also try unplugging cables and plugging them back in.
