Our hearts go out to our customers affected by Hurricane Michael as they recover from the storm. Safety is our top concern for our employees and customers but Pinnacle is also committed to support the needs of our customers.
To help in the recovery of your equipment, please download our "Hurricane Preparedness and Recovery of Computer Equipment and Software" instructions. This document will provide important information in assessing any damage to your POS System. **DO NOT power on any equipment until a full damage assessment has been completed.**

Emergency - Mission Critical
What qualifies as a "Mission Critical" Call?
- System Down
- Credit Cards Down
- ALL Printers Down
- ALL VDU's Down
Follow these steps:
- CALL 1-800-771-7100
- Press the "2" key
- Press the "#" key
If you do not have internet service or power, you will need to contact your internet service provider and/or your power utility company.
- Reboot. If you have a down device, credit cards, even a report issue, try restarting the device, computer to resolve the issue. To restart the credit card readers, hold down the yellow and # key.
- Make sure all devices are powered on.
- Make sure all cables are plugged in securely. You can also try unplugging cables and plugging them back in.
